First, we anchor our FPA service with a Financial Charter, a guiding force that brings clear goals for the performance trio of Profit, Cash and Equity to bear on ongoing, coordinated decision making.
Second, our Path Manager system combines book and forward data into a focused set of communications aimed at detection of off-course results. This effectively is a pool of leads for managers use their influence on in various pockets that affecting Profit, Cash and Equity performance.

Pace Car has a second module called Gap Manager which picks up the off-leads from Path Manager runs a unique process called Sift-and-Solve. This is a process that supports managers though workshops in making strategic moves on the leads. Sift pulls segmentation details for conformation of issues and clearer direction for pursuit. Solve works to suggest initial strategies, for enhancement or modification by managers.
Pace Car was designed to be more effective at a lower cost than straight consulting on financial improvement issues. It can assist small companies who may be lacking staff or system help, as well as larger companies who might find that Pace Car can solidify existing initiatives in FPA.
