 As a member of MAW you will receive our weekly MAW Member update, a blog accompanied by distribution industry content and original MAW additions. Our content presents BirdTraffic methods for result management. Our Champion group sessions can be sampled, and you are eligible for discounts on NAW business services and publications. 

Champion members can experience the application of BirdTraffic result management methods at work on our Champion demo company in group training sessions.  While your specific data is not used, you will encounter situations that may be similar enough for you to take away useful management techniques. 

 Different than the Champion Group demo, the Champion Private demo is individual advisory. It does not require actual company data to be provided, thus preserving confidentiality. Instead, we structure our demo company to look as much like what we know of your company. In this setting, we can go deeply into issues and BirdTraffic advisory, It is the next best thing to a the benefits of a full consulting arrangement. 

The MAW BirdTraffic member is receiving a recurring consulting arrangement. It is driven by an Agenda, mutually agreed upon, that focuses on a manageable portion of company results - a performance management for both key overall company outcomes and selected critical support functions. The Agenda would be modified as we go, some results pulled out, new ones add in. spreading over all four BirdTraffic lanes. 

All BirdTraffic result management service covers the spectrum of income, cash flow and value- building. But there are, of course, different levels of detail that are appropriate or effective. We use Line of Business Plug-ins to facilitate the use of larger amounts of business detail. These include equipment management, warehouse management, shop management, vehicle management and cash workout.
